Guide to Leading

So even though I'm not a pro at doing lead shooting I understand the concept pretty well mostly because of the below videos. I recommend anyone who has problems playing against laggers to watch the videos.


Basic Idea:

Depending on the lag, to lead shot you need to basically shoot to where they seem to be moving. So if they are dashing to the right, and their ping is 100 and over, instead of aiming on their body that you see, you aim a little past them on the right. Watch the vids and you'll see what I mean.

ya I have problems leading when the other person starts having ping near 200 >.<

I remember seeing the first videos in your post on gunzfactor ages ago and they helped me a lot. I pretty much just learned that every 40 ping = 1 body length. =]

Yo; Anyone wanna challenge the lead-master?
Chiha; when im beasting, you could take footage of me leading 250 ping (Like a few weeks ago, i was getting 200~275 ping to 5 people; took em each out in 3 bullets in duels no swording, all they did was rush up (in hall) via the ceiling and i just planted shots .
Leading is about luck also tho; you dont actually know where they are gonna go 90% of the time so you have to predict foward back left right etc, and whether they are just gonna go back to where they are >.>. But if you massive someone, first shot goes at them 2nd goes where they will flee (About 1~2 bodylengths, even with 200 ping, cause some of the massive is still active after 1st shot) tho if you didnt massive but are on same team just take two pbs
