Hi all, this is a guide I made for everything related to replays in gunz.
View the video to have visuals while I explain the guide. Everything below is also in the video.

How to Start Recroding
So first enter a non-quest game and then press f11. This will start the recording.
To stop recording and to save it press f11 again.
This will then save into your replay folder in your My Documents>Gunz>Replays
Now you can quit the game to view your replay.
To view your replays, click on the replay button on the bottom left of your screen when you are in the lobby.
Then the replay box will pop up. Unfortunately, all the replays will have the same title, so after you have finished using a replay, either move it to a different folder or delete it.
If there isn't a V4.0 and it's just a dash, then that means you forgot to press f11 again and your replay wasn't saved.
If you try and open a file with a dash you'll just get a box saying you can't open the file.
If you saved it properly then when you open it up, it will either start on you, or the person you were last viewing in the game.
Viewing a Replay
Just like when watching someone, you can press right click to move around the focused character.
To get into free camera mode, press "m" once.
In free camera mode, you can move anywhere in the map.
"w" for moving forward
"a" for moving left
"s" for moving back
"d" for moving right
Use your mouse to change the angle of your movements.
Space bar is to move up
Left click or clt is to move down
If you press "m" again, you then get the eagle's eye view. In this view, you can view the whole map and where everyone is. This is helpful when you want to replay on a big map and can't find the person.
In eagle eye mode, look for the place you want to record, and then press "m" again and you will be in free camera mode in that area.
To get a good recording, choose a place up against a wall to get the biggest range of view. Try using different angles too.
To get rid of the stats at the top and the black bars on both top and bottom press "h"Press "h" again to have them come back.
You can also press "v" to get ride of the text being written by the players.
Note, if you press "v" during a replay to get rid of text, when you go in another game after watching your replay, you'll need to press "v" again to read other's texts.
To focus back on a player, press right click again and you'll go through all the players. Keep pressing right click until you get to the person you want to record.
When focused on a player, you can also press clt1, and then when you press 1 again it will automatically go to them.
Now just start to record the spot you like with the right settings and your good to go for free camera mode.
Side Notes
Also, replays are good to have so you can take cool screen shots of others or yourself.
Note, start the replay early if you know you'll need a lot of set up time to get to the place you want to record, otherwise you'll have to rush.
Also something that I should mention, replays can only be viewed in game. Also, since they take up very little space on your computer, replays are the way to go when you want to report hackers.
When you see a hacker in a non-quest game, quickly press f11, and then wait for about 30-40 seconds so you can get a good replay then press f11 again. Then later on, send the file to a gm and bye bye hacker.
Special thx:
To Bauxer and NOTaFluffy for teaching me the basics of replays and for xSuspectsx (Innonvation-Admin) for being pro in the replay recording I made ^.^
