Hello everyone, since I made the mistake and realized that random people could come on here, and who are not necessarily in admin could make votes on here, I decided to setup the voting area to be on the clan page.
First off, let me explain what kind of admins we are looking for.
Recently,
we have “lost” 2 NA admins. We lost Lego, because he kept getting
hacked and so instead having the hacker cause problems in the clan (for
example random kicking etc) he left the clan temporarily. We are not
sure when he will be back.
We also “lost” DualHazzarD due to his inactiveness. Nowadays he is on only like once out of ever 2-3 weeks.
Also, we have in a way “lost” 1 EU admin, I_Crusher_I, who has decided for personal reasons to log on about once a week.
This
leaves us with a loss of 3 admins. Therefore, I think it would be good
to add 3 new admins. Of course, in the end it all depends on the other
admins opinions and leader in terms of how many admins are added.
Another
thing that should be noted, starting at the end of July, I will no
longer be a NA admin, but rather will be an Asia Admin because I will
be moving back to Japan for the next couple of years. Therefore, there
will be 1 less NA admin in July and 1 more added to Asia at that time.
Therefore, I suggest that we add 2 EU admins and 1 NA admin to replace my role as an NA admin. What do you guys think?
Now I will explain how the process of voting for admins work out.
First,
we will have a general vote. Because we are voting on 3 admins, please
give 1-3 suggestions on who you think will be a good admin. Things to
consider for what kind of person would be a good admin, please read
below.
1. people who are responsible.
2. people who are friendly.
3.
people who are pro, and by pro I mean not just someone who can solo
page 41 naked, but people who can solo most bosses, or people who are
pro in quest and also cw/pvp.
4.
people who are mature. This is key. Often, we get complaints like, I
want to be an admin because I'm pro. Well, most likely that person is
not an admin because they are not mature enough.
5.
Not egoing. Not starting fights with others. This is a must. Admins
have to be respectful of all people in the clan, but also must not ego
saying they are the best etc.
6.
Must be willing to give tryouts even though they are questing with
friends when no other admin is online. This is also a kind of must,
since the main reason we make people admins is so this burden is more
balanced among the admins. And trust me, in a clan as big and as
popular as Innovation it can become a burden. There are times when I
might be the only admin online and have to give tryouts to 3 ppl at the
same time.
7.
Must take care in organization of the clan. This means, if for example
you're playing and you see two clan mates arguing, that you go in and
try and stop the fight.
8. popularity. Both among the clan and among the gunz community. For example, has this clan member done a lot of videos.
9.
Understands and follows the rules already in place of Innovation. That
means not making random posts in announcement board, not using inf
glitches to plvl, not listening to current admins or leaders etc.
10.
This is by far the most important or just as important as #4, but being
active. That means more than 4 times a week at least. Some people in
the clan only come on 1-2 times a week, but admins are usually on at
least 4-7 times a week. However, lets say you have to be inactive for a
while during tests etc. That is fine but as long as you let us know
^.^v Thats what we call being mature.
11. Loyal to the clan.
After reading these qualities we look for, please consider who you think will be a good admin.

originally I was planning on setting up a poll on our forums for voting
on admins, BUT, I realized than random people could join the forums and
make random votes, however on our clan page, only clan members can
vote. All votes made on the Lnnovation clan page, I will post them here.
To
make things more organized, I was thinking, first having a general
vote, and among all those voted, take the top 5 people voted on for
NA/EU and have another vote for just those people. What do you guys
think?
Also, there is one more thing I need to explain. Just
because a person gets voted on a lot, it doesn’t necessarily mean that,
that person will become an admin. If a majority of the admins and
leader think that person will be a bad admin, we will most likely not
make them admins. This situation rarely happens, but in some situations
we have had to make these kind of decisions. The same goes for when
there is a tie. When there is a tie, the admins and leader will talk
about which would make the better admin and then decide.
Also, another side rule, you can not vote for yourself. Please say at the end of your comment, who you are.

Another
point that should be made, most people who have joined in the last
month, will likely not become an admin. Usually people who become
admins are those who have been in the clan for about 3 months or more.
If
you could post your votes like that it will be most helpful. We will
keep this thread open for a few weeks, and will probably start to make
some decisions at the end of 2 weeks. IF, you think you would be a good
admin, I highly recommend that you be very active for the next 2 weeks,
to try and get yourself more known to the clan – IN GAME.
