Hi, after about 5 minutes, i came up with this:
Head: Xian Tatical Assassin Mask: 3HP/12AP/4Weight

Gloves: Fimbul Winter Gloves: 2HP/16AP/4Weight/xian boots

Total : 115hp/116 ap total weight:43
The individual sets
Xian Tatical Assassin Set:Total Stats: 120HP/104AP Total Weight: 48
Difference: 5 more weight, 5 more hp, 12 less ap. Big difference or WHAT?
5 more weight, 7 less stats
Scrider's Suit: Total Stats: 119HP/88AP Total Weight: 40 Difference to killer ownage set:
3 less weight, 4 more hp, 28 less ap ..
Stat per weight diff: 3 / 24, 8 stats per weight
Fimbul Winter Set: Total Stats: 112HP/90AP Total Weight: 35
Difference: 8 less weight, 3 less hp, 26 less ap. Stat per weight difference 8 divide by 29 =
3 and 5 / 9
As you can see, this is a killer set, and will own all other sets, however, if you think you can beat this set, try me

43 is a CRUCIAL weight for me:

2 x pmeds / 2 x sea...wee....d - 10
=43+46+20=89+20=109, + 2 ring of great emperors.
Therefore, i have 115 hp and 126 ap, total of 241 stats, BUT WAIT, XIAN
gloves have 1 more weight than fimbul, and 1 more stat... so.. make it
116 hp and 126 ap, 242 stats!! + all the best weps, best mg, best
assault, best sword, best meds, best rings.
CW:
B8 and b7 = 40
shura = 10
2xpmeds/ triangle rolled...=10
=60. + 43 for set=103
1 ring of great emperor
1 FMT ring.
=120hp and 126 ap. plus 100 hp / ap for the pmeds... though you CAN get killed without them... so..
My current fimbul + xian is like this:
Xian Tatical Assassin Mask: 3HP/12AP/4Weight
Fimbul Winter Coat: 3HP/24AP/13Weight
Fimbul Winter Gloves: 2HP/16AP/4Weight
Xian Tatical Assassin Pants: 5HP/28AP/16Weight

+ 1 fmt and 1 emperor
= 121 hp and 112 ap.
Difference = 1 hp more, 14 ap less, set weighs same..
And fimbul and xian are best 2 sets...
So this SHOWS us that if you want the best stats; you NEED xian and
scrider, with fimbul gloves bringing up the rear- though 1 weight can
be troublesome, you should be able to fit it in, as it doesnt take TOO
much difference if you replace the fmt with having 2 emperor rings...
then add xian as you may see fit.
So reiterate:

Total 155+145+80=235+145=370 G, which is far less than 399+219 for my fimbul (618G)
And then 49x2 = 98 G for the 2 emperor rings. Add the p-meds by yourself.
As you can see, scrider is a poor set overall, as the hat, gloves and
shoes are a real let down, unless you really are desperate for hp, in
which gloves and shoes are alright (if you are willing to replace 12 ap
for 2 hp..) and Xian has overall decent parts, but needs other sets to
control its epicness. Fimbul is a great choice to replace things such
as gloves and possibly hat (if you dont have xian hat)
Otherwise, you can buy for all of all the good sets;
399+229+299=400+300+227=700+227=927G for all the sets + 98 (1025G) for everything but the p-meds.
NOTICE: Valkryie set is a noticeable exclusion, as is the deities sets,
these may have been good in their time, but valk has grown very heavy,
and the stats are equal if you add them up compared to xian, but the
weight is higher.. Deities just has relatively poor stats for an elite
set.
Fimbul is allround good, but is only great for quest / spray dms really.
Xian is a great set, but needs fimbul / scrider sets to keep it in check
Scrider: Some great pieces, but let down SEVERELY by 60% of the items,
40% of the rest are arguable the best for any game mode, especially
with more ap based attacks, thus meaning in cw it is godly.
Heavy Metal Set: It has some great pieces, and combined with xian would
be reasonably formidable, but it, like scrider has good pieces, but
let-down ones, also, the great pieces are not as good as scriders, they
are only slightly better..
What you should do: Nothing, if you have G, buy todays iotd, then try
and get individual parts, however this will be v. long.. I recommend
getting scrider part by part, its not worth $30, only 2 parts are worth
it, fimbul, if you quest / dm with rockets/sprays, its all good.
